I was contacting Verizon Fios(My ISP) customer support. I let the guy remote my computer, although I'm pretty sure the problem I called isn't on my end.
I showed him the tracert, let him view my browser setting, and all other "I know non-related" settings. After all the testing and such, I thought it's time to turn the remote off, so I moved my mouse to the stop button, going to press, but he quickly move the cursor away from the stop button, and said "sorry for the troublesome and time" blah, blah, blah. I answered some bullshit. And he nicely said "I'll close the chat for you".
Okay, so I thought he's nice. He then closed the live chat in my browser, then a following survey popped up, asking(supposedly me) to rate his support, satisfactory, etc. He remote clicked 10 in every box in that survey and submit it. And then turned the remote off.
OMG~XD
